Your customers' machines, all due dates, one list.

For compressor, genset, aircond, fire safety and lift service companies. Service Tracker was built inside one.

In short

Service Tracker is service management software for companies that maintain equipment at customer sites. It keeps every customer's machines and service contracts, generates each visit, shows what is due this month and next, ranks customers by missed services and puts accepted jobs on a team calendar. Made by Avantix Innovation in Penang.

Customers

Every customer, every machine, every date.

Open a customer and see their units, the last service and the next one due. No more digging through job sheets to answer a customer's call.

  • Units per customer and per location
  • Last service and next due on the customer list
  • Branch groups for HQ and regional branches

Next month's work

Your due list is your job list.

Every contract visit lands on the dashboard in the month it is due. That is next month's workload, counted before the month starts.

  • Due this month, left this month, due next month
  • Contracts ending in 60 days: time to renew
  • Units with no contract: a list of sales leads

Backlog

See who is falling behind, before they complain.

Worst backlog ranks customers by missed services, so the service manager knows where to send the next free team.

  • Missed services counted per customer
  • Six-month completed-versus-missed trend
  • Drill into the units behind every number
  • Sampel Plastics3 missed · 6 units#1
  • Contoh Foods2 missed · 9 units#2

Teams

Put the work on a team's day.

Accepted job requests sit in an unassigned queue. Drag them onto a team on the week or month board. Routine customer visits run on their own schedule with an assigned technician.

  • Job requests: New, Accepted, Scheduled, Done, Rejected
  • Several machines and job types per request
  • Board works on phones and tablets

FAQ

Questions from service companies

More answers on the main FAQ.

Who is this page for?

Companies that service equipment at their customers' sites: air compressors, generator sets, air-conditioning and chillers, pumps, fire extinguishers, lifts and similar. Service Tracker was first built for a Malaysian air-compressor sales and service company.

Can we track equipment that belongs to our customers?

Yes. Every unit belongs to a customer and a location, so you can see all the machines at one customer, all their next due dates and how many services were missed.

How do due services become jobs?

The dashboard shows what is due this month and next month. Job requests are accepted and scheduled, then dragged onto a team's day on the job board. Recurring site visits can be set per customer with an assigned technician.

Can we see which customers are falling behind?

Yes. The Worst backlog panel ranks customers by missed services, and the dashboard counts missed visits for the month and the last six months.

Does Service Tracker send reminders to our customers?

Not today. Reminders are shown to your team inside Service Tracker. Reminders by WhatsApp and email are planned.
