The problem

What changes
How it works
A machine, a vehicle, a fire extinguisher set, or a contract.
First service date, interval, number of services. Visits are created for you.
As the date gets close, the unit moves to Due soon. Miss it and it turns red.
Log the visit. The next one is already waiting, and the history stays with the machine.
What you can track
The same date-based schedule works for a compressor's service plan, a lorry's inspection and next year's insurance renewal. Avantix sets up the equipment types you need.
Intervals shown are typical examples; you set your own. Schedules run on calendar dates. Triggers by hour meter or odometer are planned.
The dashboard
Same system, different business. Pick yours and watch the dashboard change.
Compressor, genset and aircond service firms: every machine at every customer site. Next month's due list is next month's job list.
Built in
Enter the first service date, the interval and how many services. Every visit is generated, and service types can rotate automatically.
Each visit with date, type, status, DO and invoice numbers and remarks. Repairs and parts outside the contract are logged with their cost.
Requests move from New to Accepted to Scheduled to Done. Drag each job onto a team's day.
Weekly or monthly checks per customer site, with a technician assigned and a visit log.
Head office sees everything. Each branch sees its own. Permissions are set per screen.
| Role | View | Edit | Users |

| Admin (HQ) | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Branch staff | Yes | Yes | No |
| Technician | Yes | No | No |
Filter the service report by month, service type or brand. Export to Excel or CSV, or print a unit's record.
Changes are recorded in an audit log. Duplicate serial numbers are caught and duplicate customers can be merged.

Service Tracker is web-based software that schedules servicing, inspections and renewals and shows what is due, due soon and overdue on one dashboard. It is made by Avantix Innovation Sdn. Bhd. in Penang, Malaysia, and was first built for a Malaysian air-compressor sales and service company.
Anything that needs work on a repeating date. The system in use today tracks air compressors, air dryers, filters and air tanks for a compressor service company. For a new customer, Avantix sets up the equipment types and fields they need, such as generators, forklifts, lorries, air-conditioning, fire extinguishers, or yearly renewals like insurance and road tax, as part of the setup.
Each unit gets a service contract: a first service date, an interval in months and a number of services. Service Tracker generates every visit from that. As a date approaches the unit shows as Due soon, and once the date passes without a completed record it shows as Overdue and counts as missed on the dashboard.
Not yet. Schedules run on calendar dates in month intervals today. Hour-meter and odometer triggers are planned. Most teams convert typical usage into a date interval, for example a forklift that runs about 250 hours a quarter is scheduled every 3 months.
Yes. A yearly inspection or a 15-month certificate renewal is a schedule like any other, with its own interval. Service contracts have an end date, and the dashboard lists contracts that expire within the next 60 days.
Service Tracker shows reminders inside the system: the dashboard lists what is due this month, due next month and missed, a Waiting on you panel shows contracts about to expire and units without a schedule, and the device list flags each unit as due soon or overdue. Reminders by WhatsApp and email are planned.
Preventive maintenance is done on a schedule before something fails, for example servicing a compressor every 3 months. Reactive maintenance is done after a breakdown. Preventive work is planned and cheaper to organise; reactive work brings downtime and urgent repair costs.
For a handful of items it can work, but a spreadsheet never warns anyone. Someone has to open it, sort it and notice the date. As the list grows, history gets overwritten and overdue items are missed. Service Tracker calculates the next due date itself and flags it.
Yes. The web app runs in any browser, including phones and tablets, and the team scheduling board works on mobile. A companion mobile app lets staff look up the dashboard, units and service history.
Yes. Head office can see every branch while branch staff see only their own. Each user gets per-screen permissions or a saved role, and a restricted mode limits a user to the units assigned to them. Changes are recorded in an audit log.
Yes. The service report and dashboard export to Excel, and units, customers, site visits and the scheduling board export to CSV. Unit details can be printed or saved as PDF from the browser.
There is no public price list. The price depends on how many assets and branches you have and what needs to be set up. Message Avantix on WhatsApp at +60 12-852 0289 for a demo and a quote.
